MHHS HOSA Winter Health Expo 2018

We have been invited to host a booth with information regarding bone health/osteoporosis and mobile bone screening devices. The focus of the event is community wellness and it will be open to the public.

Come join American Bone Health’s ambassador, Olympian, and Duke alumna, Clara Peterson, in partnership with the Mountain House High School (MHHS) Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) for its first free annual health and fitness expo 2018!

Purpose of the Expo:

• Increase health awareness by providing health screenings, activities, materials, demonstrations, and information;
• Increase awareness of local, state, and national health services and resources;
• Motivate participants to make positive health behavior changes;
• Provide immunizations for children and adults;
• Teach self-care practices;
• Opportunity for HOSA students to exhibit their work
• Identify topics and participants for future Extension educational health programs; and
• Raise Funds for MHHS-HOSA
